# Organization（組織）接続にJust-In-Time Membership（Just-In-Timeメンバーシップ）を付与する

> 組織にJust-In-Timeメンバーシップを付与する方法について説明します。

Just-In-Timeメンバーシップを付与すると、有効な接続からログインするユーザーに[組織](/docs/ja-JP/ja-jp/manage-users/organizations/organizations-overview)のメンバーシップが自動的に付与されます。

ユーザーが組織にログインしたときに自動的にメンバーシップを付与するには、まず、組織の[接続を構成して有効にする](/docs/ja-JP/ja-jp/manage-users/organizations/configure-organizations/enable-connections)必要があります。接続を有効化する際に **［Enable Auto-Membership（自動メンバーシップの有効化）］** を選択して、この接続でログインするすべてのユーザーが自動的にその組織のメンバーとして追加されるようにします。
